After years of ridicule and disbelief, she went silent. But in the last two years she has found her voice again. Growing up amid abuse and gang violence, the woods were once her only refuge—a place that eventually became filled with questions, encounters, faith, and purpose.

Now 60, Kay supports expeditions, investigations, events, and the preservation of experiencers’ stories. With a background in chaplaincy, recovery ministry, coaching, and storytelling, she focuses on the human side of these encounters—giving people a place to speak without ridicule. She doesn’t claim to have the answers. She only has the determination to keep asking.
